Build AI that empowers everyone to make sense of their health

We want to help every person to feel in control of their healthcare: to know what's going on with their body and to not feel alone.

MDandMe (mdme.ai) builds generative AI technology that allows people to make sense of their health at all steps along their healthcare journey: from a conversational symptom checker when you first feel unwell (see our recent blog post), to a community where you are matched to others with near-identical medical histories, to follow-up conversations where you can have diagnostic reports, lab values, and doctors notes explained in plain language.

Members of our founding team led development of the first LLM-powered patient interview system as part of a pre-chatGPT partnership with OpenAI, modeled user behavior at Meta, and trained at Harvard Medical School.

What you will do

• Help translate our existing React and Next.js code to React Native
• Develop additional features for our mobile applications on iOS and Android
• Help improve our design and aesthetic

Who you are

Key qualifications

• Significant self-drive and autonomy, we’re small team that values high agency and high ownership. We work together and collaborate but you will have primary responsibility over a large amount of scope
• Significant experience developing react native applications
• Having shipped react native mobiles apps for iOS and Android, preferably both
